At ĪRU, our pieces are created with respect for craft, time, and material. We focus on small-batch production, skilled handwork, and considered design rather than mass manufacturing.

Most of our pieces are made to order, which means your product is created after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce unnecessary production, and give each piece the attention it deserves.

Shipping in India

We offer free standard shipping across India on prepaid orders.

Since our pieces are made to order, most products take 3-4 weeks to be made and dispatched from the order date. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

Customised or bespoke orders may take longer. For such orders, the estimated delivery timeline will be shared with you via email.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order.

Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the standard timeline.

If you would like express shipping, please write to us at irucollective@gmail.com with the subject line “EXPRESS SHIPPING”. Additional charges may apply depending on your city and delivery timeline.

If a delivery is not accepted in the first attempt and the order needs to be shipped again, the cost of re-shipping will have to be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

International orders are usually delivered within 8–10 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and local regulations.

ĪRU is not responsible for delays caused by customs, duties, or other import processes.

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are determined by the local government authorities.

Once you enter your complete shipping address at checkout, the applicable international shipping fee will be auto-generated. Shipping outside India usually costs between INR 3,500 and INR 4,500, depending on the weight of the order and delivery location.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At ĪRU, every piece is made with care, time, and attention to detail. Many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in small batches. Because of this, we follow a limited return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, minor colour differences, or natural variations in handmade products.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged.

• The product received is defective.

• The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed.

To request a return or exchange, please write to us at irucollective@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Handmade Product Variation

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, weave, finish, or placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These are not considered defects, but part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Customised & Bespoke Orders

Customised, personalised, and bespoke orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once confirmed, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.​
